How can I use a template, after I purchase it?

• Next-to-Free, upon purchase of a document (product) grants to the purchaser a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license to make, have made, use, distribute, sell, offer for sale, import, modify, reproduce, publish, publicly perform, display and make derivative works of any and all templates or any parts thereof for any purpose. Purchaser is free to fully exploit its intellectual property rights in any manner that does not violate Purchaser’s express obligations under this IPR Policy.
• In short, this means that when you purchase a document from us, you are free to use it and/or modify it in any way.

Developing such templates is very time-consuming. How can you sell them at such low prices?

• These business templates are developed by some of the most successful companies on the market. They have been used in real business cases, and have been provided to us only after the owner has removed any potentially sensitive information. The upfront cost for developing the templates has been largely paid up by the initial developer, which makes it possible to provide them to you at very reasonable (next-to-free) prices.

How to buy?

• You can browse or search through out templates. The icon reveals the templte's file format and above it is the template heading. If you click on a template icon, you will see its price, a short description, and a preview link. This link allows you to preview the actual document in Flash format.
• If you want to buy a template, you have to click the "add to cart" button. After that, you can either continue searching templates, or you can proceed to "checkout". You can add as many templases as you wish before you checkout.
• When you're done searching, you need to go to your cart (click "view cart" button in the upper right corner of the site) for final review of the items you have selected for purchase. If everything is ok, you can proceed to "checkout".
• On the checkout page, if you are a returning customer, you can login with your user name and password. If you are a new customer, you need to provide your billing information. Click the "New? Provide your billing information" radio button and a form will open. Please fill out the form and check the "agree to terms" checkbox at the end. This will create your account. You only need to do this once - the first time you purchase. In the future, you only need to login to your account.
• Finally, you will see the checkout page, where you can review your order. To finalize it, you have to click the "confir order" button at the bottom of the page.

• After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with the dowload link for the template(s) you have purchased.

Can I use the templates without modification or do I need to modify them before use?

• These templates have been originally developed by companies and organizations for their business use, and although they have been sanitized of all company-specific information, in most cases, they still need to be modified to fit your specific needs.

I purchased a template, but I didn't receive an email with the download link.

• First, you should check if you email has been mistakenly moved to the junk email folder. Depending on your email provider, or your spam settings, sometimes email that has been atumatically generated gets classified as spam. If this is not the case, please send us an email with your name, the name(s) of the template(s) you purchased, and the date of purchase, and we will email you the documents.

I purchased a template, but the download link does not work.
